Make a PaymentOn average, for a standard car transport shipment, it will typically take one to seven business days from the time your booking has been received to locate a carrier and schedule a time for pick up. It also depends on the load and how popular the route, sometimes we can have it picked up with in a couple of hours.
Based on mileage, once your vehicle has been picked up, it will typically be delivered within anywhere from one to ten days.
You should not pack personal items in your vehicle for several reasons. First, items packed in your vehicle are not covered under the carrier’s insurance. Second, the more items loaded in the vehicle, the more the vehicle will weigh. Trucks must remain under a certain weight; if they are found to be overweight they can face penalties and fines. Due to this, many car transport carriers will not accept vehicles packed with additional items or they may charge an additional fee. If it is imperative for you to pack additional items in your vehicle being transported, be sure to keep them lightweight, secured, and out of sight if possible. Make sure you notify your auto transport company if you plan to pack additional items in your vehicle, this will ensure that you will not be charged unexpected additional fees.
All of the auto transport carriers we use are fully licensed and insured. These auto shipping and car transport carriers must carry a minimum of $750,000 public liability insurance.
All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, electronic transfers, bank/certified check will be accepted for the initial deposit. The balance due upon delivery, the auto shipping and car transport carrier will accept cash, or certified funds.
If you are unable to attend the delivery that is okay, however someone must be appointed to be there in your place. A person must be present to inspect the vehicle and sign the inspection report. If you are unable to attend the delivery, call your auto transport company and let them know the name of the person who will be receiving the vehicle.
When the order is dispatched, we will provide you with the estimated time for pick up and delivery. Once it is assigned you will receive the carrier information where you will be in direct contact with the trucker. The trucker will contact you to make arrangements prior to arriving for pick up and delivery.
